2025 Local Lodge 99 Membership Meeting Dates<\/strong><\/h1>\n

<\/p>\n

Local Lodge 99 Executive has committed to traveling beyond Edmonton to get face to face with the members in 2024. To do so we will be holding a membership meeting in different locations throughout the year.\u00a0 As per Local 99 Bylaws, membership meetings will be held on the second Wednesday of every month. We will do our best to update as we move through the year.<\/p>\n

2026 Membership Meeting Dates
\nTimes: Ft Mac 7pm, Calgary 6:30pm, all others 6pm
\nMar 11th- Ft Mac\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Sept. 9th – Red Deer
\nApril 8th – Gr. Pr.\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Oct 14th – Edm
\nMay 13th – Edm\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Nov 12 – Gr. Pr.
\nJune 10th – Calgary\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Dec 9th – Ft Mac<\/p>\n

Reminder: 20 members must attend \u201cin person\u201d to qualify for quorum.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s understandable that some members won\u2019t be able to attend due to personal or work-related reasons however, we are trying to ensure all members have an opportunity throughout the year to attend with our 2024 schedule. To accommodate all our membership, we will be maintaining a Zoom option. Members must also follow the rules below:<\/p>\n

  1. Members should not be using company devices to attend meetings virtually.<\/li>\n
  2. Members will be asked to share their video and for their full name when accessing the meeting. Due to the open format of Zoom please be advised that people will be refused access if they do not share their information.<\/li>\n
  3. To ensure everyone has an opportunity to speak and be heard please keep your microphones muted.<\/li>\n
  4. Members can download Zoom onto their device for free here:\u00a0https:\/\/zoom.us\/<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The rules above are to ensure security and\u00a0 we are within the guidelines of the IAM constitution.<\/p>\n
