APP Terms And Conditions and Code of Conduct
- This IAM 99 app is for the sole purpose of distributing and accessing information for IAM Local 99 members.
- Information within this app is for IAM 99 members only and should not be shared outside the IAM 99 membership.
- It is the expectation that members will conduct themselves in a professional manner.
- Members will not post material that infringes the rights of another person (plagiarism or passing off other people’s material as your own) or copyrighted material not properly referenced or acknowledged.
- No Unauthorized posting of personal information (names, address, phone number, email etc.)
- Members will not post material that contains vulgar, obscene or indecent language or images or material which defames, abuses or threatens others, statements that are bigoted, hateful or racially offensive.
- Members will not post material that advocates illegal activity or discusses illegal activities with the intent to commit or invoke them.
- Posts or other material which is deemed inappropriate by the IAM 99 app administrators will be removed.
- NO personal attacks or cyberbullying. There is a difference between voicing a legitimate concern and written abuse. These and/or you will be removed.
- Account suspensions are at the sole discretion of the IAM 99 app administrators.
- Any person actively using this app are implicitly agreeing to these rules regardless of whether they have been read or not.
- Users who violate these Terms of Service may lose their account permanently.
